The 30-Day Window
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to decide if our vitamins – say, Vitamin D for Sciatica Comfort or any other – are right for you. If they’re not clicking, you’re eligible for a full refund. The catch? Products need to stay unopened and unused, still sealed in their original packaging. We get it – sometimes you just know it’s not a fit without cracking the bottle. That’s fine by us.
Starting the Return
Ready to send something back? First, drop us a line at contact@vitaminsforsciatica.com with your order number and a quick note about why it’s coming our way. We’ll reply within 48 hours with a return address and a confirmation code – hold onto that. Pack the item securely, include the code on a slip inside, and ship it off. You’ll cover the return postage unless we shipped you the wrong thing or it arrived damaged – then we’ve got it.
Refunds in Motion
Once your return reaches us, give us a few days to check it over. If everything lines up – unopened, intact, within 30 days – we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Expect the funds to hit your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Bought with a gift card? We’ll issue store credit instead.
